Our spas use Glacier filtration and a built-in Ozone generator to keep your water crystal clear without hassle- letting you focus on enjoying your time in the spa, rather than caring for it! Plug the spa directly into a standard 15A household outlet – no electrician required!

Our synthetic wood panels, hardtop covers, and energy-efficient insulation, are all built with Canadian weather in mind- ensuring you receive a spa that is low maintenance and high performance! Delivery

Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to the consumer's address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa.

Shipping

Commercial and residential shipping is free! Spas can take between 1-2 weeks to ship after order is processed.

Return

Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Terms Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
