Kohler accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. To begin the returns process, please contact support@homespahub.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is due to damage, please provide pictures and note whether the shipping damage was recorded upon delivery. Shipping costs for returns due to damage or an error will be covered by us.
For returns not due to damage or errors, no restocking fee will be charged. We recommend shipping the items back insured and using the same method they were shipped, either Ground or LTL. Once the product is returned and inspected for damage, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid, minus any applicable boxing fees (~$20-$50 depending on the product). If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipping carrier.
