HUUM accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact support@homespahub.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is due to damage, include pictures and note whether the shipping damage was identified at the time of delivery. Shipping costs for returns due to damage or HUUM errors will be covered by us.

If the return is not due to damage or an error on our part, you will not be charged a restocking fee. We recommend returning items insured and using the same shipping method as the original delivery (Ground or LTL). Once the product is returned and inspected for damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount paid, minus any required new boxing fees (~$20-$50 depending on the product). If the product is damaged, you will be notified to file a claim with your shipping carrier.
