SaunaLife accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, please contact support@homespahub.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is due to damage, please provide pictures and indicate whether the damage was noted upon delivery. Return shipping for items damaged in transit or due to an error on our part will be covered by us.

For non-damaged returns, no restocking fee is charged. We recommend returning items insured and using the same shipping method (Ground or LTL) used for the initial delivery. After inspection, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable boxing fees ($20-$50 depending on the product). If the product is damaged, you will be advised to file a claim with your shipping carrier.
