The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa. Shipping Commercial and residential shipping is free! Spas can take between 1-2 weeks to ship after order is processed. Return Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas.
